Envision Announces Chief Financial Officer Transition

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Envision today announced that Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Mike Bruff has decided to leave the organization for an opportunity in the technology industry, where he began his professional career. Bruff’s last day will be Sept. 30, 2026. Envision has formed an Office of the CFO, under the leadership of President and Chief Executive Officer Jason Owen, as it conducts a thorough search for a permanent CFO.

Bruff’s leadership and many contributions have strengthened Envision’s foundation and enhanced the healthcare organization’s ability to serve clinicians, hospital partners and patients. During his tenure, Bruff helped advance Envision’s financial discipline, bring greater rigor to its planning process and support value-creating strategic priorities.

In the interim, Holly Jensen, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, and Jeffrey O’Brien, Treasurer and Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Risk Management, will join Owen in leading the Office of the CFO. They are tenured finance leaders with a profound understanding of Envision, its operations and how best to support clinical and operational teams for continued success.
