Seeking a General Anesthesiologist – Bethesda Hospital East & West, Boynton Beach, FL Start-date bonus! | Night float + backup call with post-call day off | Near the beach!
Highlights
• Anesthesia care team of 18 physicians and 28 CRNAs/AAs
• Up to $450k plus annually
• Cases: General, OB, GYN, ENT, Urology, Ortho, Spine, Vascular
• No heads, no peds; hearts covered by dedicated CV team
• Night float coverage
• Backup beeper call from home with post-call day off
• 24-hour CRNA coverage for OB
• Collegial group working with a strong APP team; excellent staff retention and generally cooperative surgeon relationships
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive salary + license/education stipend up to $450k plus annually (includes licenses, annual BERA/CRMA, annual facility stipends)
• Start-date bonus!
• Up to 9 weeks of PTO annually

About the Practice
We are a collegial group of physicians supported by a very strong team of APPs. Bethesda East and West have excellent staff retention and a friendly atmosphere with generally good cooperation between the surgeons and our team. Facility Information
Bethesda Hospital East (Baptist Health South Florida) is a 400+ bed facility established in 1959. It offers a nationally recognized orthopedic total joint program, cardiovascular care, cancer care, vascular/endovascular and robotic surgery, and women’s and children’s services.
Bethesda Hospital West is an 80+ bed, all-private-room facility serving western Boynton Beach with emergency, medical/surgical, ICU, and outpatient services.
