Plans We Accept
We accept most major insurance plans. Please contact your provider to verify you are within network.
Questcare Medical Clinic is not in-network with health exchange insurance plans.
Questcare Medical Clinic accepts cash and credit card at the time of service for patients not using health insurance. Cash and credit card are also taken at the time of visit for insurance co-pays and balances.
Questions to Ask Your Insurer
Before your appointment with a Questcare family medicine doctor, there are several questions you should ask your insurer. You will find the customer service number for your carrier on the back of your insurance card.
Will my insurance cover my doctor’s visit?
If it does not, how much will I have to pay when I visit my primary care clinic?
Will insurance cover any tests I may need? If not, how much will it cost me?
How much will my plan cover if I need any sort of surgical procedure?
Will I need to obtain permission or authorization from my carrier before my visit?
